The proposed geometry remembers the stunning geography of magnificent MOUNTAIN scenery surrounding Sappada. It could be said that the project translates the geomorphological conditions, the organic, topographic and discontinuous geometry to establish a closer and stronger relationship between architecture and landscape. The project is based on the local architecture of the VILLAGE OF BACH (Poch), which is strongly influenced by weather conditions and local materials. A compact building is proposed to reduce the area in contact with the outside, following a consolidated system in the alpine area of climate protection. The new multipurpose building, landmark citizenship, will have a conscious and respectful image of the urban context, not to be a protagonist of the landscape, but rather merge into it, offering an honest picture of its intentions, a current and appropriate image.
